博士毕业于中国科学院计算技术研究所，师从卜东波研究员。长期从事蛋白质结构预测与计算生物学相关研究，多次参与国际权威蛋白质结构预测竞赛 CASP，代表性工作包括 DeepThreader 和 CopulaNet。曾参与开发大规模并行量子化学模拟平台 LightAIMD，实现基于 GPU 的高性能第一性原理模拟。当前主要聚焦于科学大模型（Science Foundation Model）研发，负责大模型的预训练、评估体系构建以及在蛋白质复合物结构预测、蛋白-分子互作等多个方向上的微调与应用落地。已在包括 Nature Communications、Nature Machine Intelligence、Bioinformatics、NeurIPS 等国际高水平期刊和会议发表论文20余篇。
