DNA调控元件设计:利用语言模型进行启动子、增强子等元件的智能设计;构建人工调控元件库并验证其功能性。
基因编辑方法开发:改进CRISPR系统的靶向效率和范围;构建智能辅助设计工具CRISPR-copilot,提升编辑设计的准确性。
语言模型与生物系统深度融合:探索语言模型在序列设计、实验规划、知识推理等方面的应用;推进合成生物学的智能化、自动化研究范式。
