孔鲁鹏

孔鲁鹏，博士，准聘助理教授，毕业于中国科学院大学/中国科学院计算技术研究所，曾任昌平国家实验室副研究员。主要从事 AI+生命科学交叉研究，聚焦蛋白质结构预测、蛋白质多构象建模、蛋白-蛋白相互作用理解与设计，以及酶和抗体的从头设计与改造优化。相关成果发表于 Nature Communications、International Conference on Research in Computational Molecular Biology(RECOMB)、Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics、Communications Chemistry、BMC Bioinformatics 等会议和期刊。
I. 研究方向
1. AI 驱动的蛋白质结构预测与多构象建模：发展蛋白质序列-结构建模、多构象结构预测和动态构象分析方法。
2. 蛋白质相互作用理解与改造：研究蛋白-蛋白相互作用、抗原-抗体识别及分子识别机制。
3. 蛋白质功能设计与生命科学应用：探索酶和抗体的从头设计、功能改造与优化等应用方向。
